I think I did it again. I found another class that I absolutely love. I have been hearing about Kettlebells for over a year now & wanted to try it but I was a little intimidated so I kept putting it off until Monday. What a work out…I can’t explain it but I will try. It’s a cross between weight training & the drills we did in High School. Kettlebells have long been considered a powerful and effective training tool for maximizing workouts. The class I took at Equinox is called IRON BODY: POWER 30. In 30 minutes I got a full body workout. People are always asking why I enjoy the gym. It’s all about the classes. Classes make it fun & it takes the monotony out of working out.
BTW…my favorite popcorn is Kettle Corn which I don’t get to eat very often. It would definitely defeat the purpose of Kettlebells if I made a habit of it. Perhaps next time I’m at Universal City Walk I will treat myself to Popcornopolis. If you should be so inclined go ahead have a little popcorn but add cardio to the mix.
You really make it seem so easy along with your presentation but I to find this matter to be actually something which I believe I would by no means understand. It kind of feels too complicated and extremely extensive for me. I’m looking ahead in your subsequent publish, I’ll try to get the hang of it!
