London Vs. Los Angeles (In-Person Networking)

Can we talk about in-person networking?

I canceled my Los Angeles event and am looking at hosting a boutique style event in London for 50 ladies.

If you spent half your day at an in-person networking event and you walked away with zero leads, introductions or referrals.

There are three potential problems here.

☑️You are NOT owning the room.
☑️You are networking with people who aren’t on your level or lifting you HIGHER.

There are far better ways to spend your time and money.

1. You could tap into your existing network. Think about ALL the leads that have slipped through the cracks. Pick up the phone, reply to a DM, send an email or text. The GOLD is in the follow up!
2. You could work on answering the question “So, what do you do? and turn a stale elevator pitch into a MILLION DOLLAR INTRODUCTION so you magnetize people and convince others to invest in you and your ideas.
3. You could STOP working for F.REE, living the life of an “Underpaid Socialite” and turn socializing into a wealth building exhibition.
4. You could stop following “fill in the blank templates” that are responsible for you sounding like everyone else. A commoditized expert” who started her business yesterday. How are you supposed to grab the attention of buyers? Nothing unique or original about that. Be the designer label your customers WANT to buy.
