I wanted to wish you a Bold & Beautiful Fourth of July!
Did you celebrate yesterday?
It’s time to look at all of the spectacular things in your life!
I know you have something to celebrate.
Maybe your independence because now you’re doing something on your own.
Perhaps you made the decision to go after your dreams.
You have a more positive outlook on life.
You are crossing items off your “To Do List”.
You’re taking care of yourself more now than ever.
I often say it takes 10,000 steps to make 1 Jaw Dropping Leap!
Celebrate all of your successes today and everyday.
One of my friends who happens to be a RockStar Relationship Coach told me to do this a couple of years ago.
I didn’t listen…
Then, last year I went to a T. Harv Eker Intensive and he repeated it. I immediately implemented this with my daily goal writing.
Talk about feeling amazing at the end of the day!
You have to get in the habit of doing this. It will keep you in action because you can now measure your own success. It also allows you to celebrate the small successes along with the big ones. Great way to stay in gratitude. Remember what you put out is always mirrored back to you.
Here are some of the successes that I celebrate.
- I returned emails.
- I went to the gym.
- I made sales calls.
- I did the dishes.
- I took my supplements.
- I had a coaching session with a client.
- I wrote an article.
- I posted on my blog.
- I sent out a newsletter.
- I sold a product/service.
- I attended an event.
- I went to the Beauty Salon.
- I received a referral.
- I posted on FB, Twitter & Linkedin.
- I did a Radio Interview.
- I met with my coach.
Do you see some are pretty simple, while others are more grand? It doesn’t matter, in my eyes it’s a success because it’s moving me toward my goals. A productive life will always produce results.
Now…write down your successes for the day and do it tomorrow and the next day and make it part of your life!
