A H2H business requires resilience, tenacity and setting clear boundaries.

I received a DM from a woman who was looking to grow her global network on LinkedIn.

She was really sweet and very complimentary. She attended one of my collaboration circles and signed up for the program.

Here’s what she received in less than 60 days in my SIX month program.

☑️She downloaded my LinkedIn training and completed 50% of it (Kajabi tracking shows).
☑️She raved about it on LinkedIn (I have screenshots).
☑️She asked to book a call with me (program doesn’t include 1:1 coaching). I said YES and did not charge her for the 30 minute session (logged in Zoom).
☑️She added over 50+ people to her network (because of moi). She’s still tapping into my ROLODEX!
☑️She was offered opportunities to JV + COLLAB with women in MY COMMUNITY of 12,000+ women.

She attended my event Networking IN STILETTOS and promoted her services to HUNDREDS of women and generated LEADS.

Then I received the following message in my inbox.

“Your buyer filed a claim. The buyer stated that the item was defective or not as described.”

Really?

This type of behavior is why women remain in STUCK STATUS.

☑️They sabotage their success.
☑️They $HIT on the people who are actually trying to support their cause.
☑️They are not 100% committed to doing the work.
☑️They have a severe case of “Bright & Shiny Object Syndrome”.
☑️They complain, criticize and bombard their life with excuses.
☑️They refuse to take responsibility for their actions (or lack thereof ), point fingers and play the victim.

This is probably her M.O.

Here’s the deal. I LOVE helping women but when kindness is mistaken for weakness, you have to take your power back.

❌I will not be bullied.
❌I will not allow someone to discredit my work or try to tarnish my reputation.
❌I will not be disrespected.

ME.
